Who we are
Caroline Mills
Director & Founder
Caroline founded Estate after years working in estate clearing, secondhand selling, and decluttering. Too often, a lifetime of possessions is treated as waste. She believes those items — and the lives behind them — deserve more.
Caroline is your primary point of contact throughout our relationship. She personally oversees every project, and has a team of local experts she can call on if and when required.
Estate services the wider Wellington region and is a service built on care, not just clearance.
Where appropriate, Estate is also in the position to offer to purchase selected saleable furniture, décor and collectables directly. Caroline has her Secondhand Dealers Licence (#26-137513) so with her expertise she is able to offer you realistic, sustainable options for your items.
